Please include the item link or style number, color, size (if applicable), quantity, delivery country and postal code, and your preferred payment method (credit card or bank transfer).

We’ll check availability and send you a personalized quote for the item cost and personal shopping fee.

Once your payment is received, we’ll purchase your requested item. When it arrives, we’ll send you a private inspection report with photos and a video so you can check it out before shipping.

Personal shopping fee

Our fee is 10% for credit card payments or 6% for bank transfer payments.

What’s included?

• Purchasing your requested Coach bags or small accessories from the Coach website or ordering by phone from stores, once payment is received.

• A private inspection report with photos and one video, including a close-up look at the stitching and glazing.

• We can hold your items for up to 20 days from the date it is purchased from Coach.

Item cost and shipping

The item cost and personal shopping fee must be paid before we purchase your items.

Once you’ve reviewed and approved your inspection report, we’ll confirm your package’s size and weight and provide a separate international shipping quote.

Shipping must be paid before we send your items your way.
