Confirm the total and pay
Once we’ve found your item, we’ll send an invoice for the item price and our personal-shopping fee. Shipping is charged separately in step 4.
Review your item
We’ll inspect your item and send you photos and a private video to review. We’ll ask for your approval before shipping.
Pay for shipping
Once your item is packed, we’ll weigh and measure the package and send a separate invoice for shipping.
Track your delivery
We’ll send your shipping confirmation and tracking number so you can follow your new item’s journey to you.
